Our Guest Services office also known as Information Central provides guests with information about Redmond Town Center, the City of Redmond and the greater Eastside. We also provide additional services including stroller rentals, copies, faxes as well as postage stamps and mall gift card sales. Information Central is conveniently located on the main level across from Eddie Bauer and directly below the new Gold Class Cinemas (corner of 164th and 74th).

The Redmond Town Center Security office is open 24 hours a day, with services from jump starting your car to assisting in retrieving keys out of a locked car.  Redmond Town Center is a very safe place, but if for any reason someone might feel unsafe, escort services are provided. The Security office is conveniently located on the main floor of the Central Parking garage, directly north of Starbucks in Center Plaza.
